\u00a0launched an empowerment project, in 2018 to lift 10,000 widows and\u00a0 indigent \u00a0mothers out of poverty.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2702efc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2702efc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: 400;\">This project is aimed at equipping indigent widows with petty business opportunities, skills and free capital to support start-ups or boost existing businesses with the objective of improving their livelihood.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e9819d7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e9819d7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Widows already running thriving petty businesses will receive a free grant of N20,000 ($60) to boost their businesses<\/li><li>Widows interested in starting petty businesses will be trained, assessed and supported with a start-up capital of N20,000 ($60).<\/li><li>This scheme is targeted to empower 10,000 widows and indigent mothers, between May 2018- December 2022<\/li><li>It is a fact that most widows have children and other dependents, whose livelihood will be positively impacted with this project.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section since the commencement of this project in May 2018 has come from our few team members and other few individuals who believe in our cause. The poor inflow of financial support has seriously limited the pace of empowering the poor widows.
