The program is organized in partnership with <strong>ONT Multimedia Concepts<\/strong>. It aims to train ten Esan youths in Facebook content creation and monetization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, social media offers many opportunities for young people. However, many youths do not know how to turn their pages into income. <strong>For this reason<\/strong>, the Esan youth content creation training was created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through this program, participants will learn how to create engaging content. <strong>In addition<\/strong>, they will learn how to grow their audience online. <strong>As a result<\/strong>, they can build careers as digital creators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How the Training Works<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>First,  participants will attend a <strong>two-day intensive training<\/strong>. During the training, they will learn the basics of social media content creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>After the workshop<\/strong>, participants will receive <strong>six months of coaching and mentorship<\/strong>. This support will help them apply what they learned. <strong>Therefore<\/strong>, they can confidently build and manage their social media pages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills Participants Will Learn<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>During the <strong>Esan youth content creation training<\/strong>, participants will learn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Introduction to content creation and monetization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to create Facebook and Instagram pages for content creation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content ideas that work well for beginners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facebook monetization setup and requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to increase followers and engagement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to create content that attracts views<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical tips for growing a content brand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Furthermore<\/strong>, participants will learn strategies that successful creators use to grow online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Empowering Esan Youths<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Azemobor Gregory Foundation<\/strong> continues to invest in youth development. <strong>Through the Esan youth content creation training<\/strong>, the foundation wants to equip young people with digital skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ultimately<\/strong>, youth digital skills training.  the goal is to help Esan youths create opportunities for themselves.
